Monday - April 21

Breakfast: 8:00 am-10:00 am

  • Made to order pancake, French toast and waffle bars

Lunch: 11:30 am-1:30 pm

  • Entr茅e - Wareham鈥檚 very own Blue Water Farm cranberries and goat cheese stuffed chicken wrapped in prosciutto with chipotle sweet potatoes and Queens Greens Farm toasted garlic spins or vegan chicken cutlet topped with apple cranberry chutney utilizing JP Sullivan apples 
  • Soup - Southwest chili
  • Sandwich - Smoked salmon on everything bagel with fresh cucumber, Queens Greens mix spring greens, red onion slices, chopped hardboiled egg and caper whipped cream cheese or Monte Cristo: two slices of Texas toast dipped in French toast batter, stuffed with shaved ham, turkey, melted Swiss cheese and dijonnaise.

Dinner: 5:00 pm-6:00 pm

  • Buttermilk southern fried chicken thigh, orange cranberry (Blue Water Farm) waffles, JP Sullivan apples braise collard greens 

Tuesday - April 22

Breakfast: 8:00 am-10:00 am

Lunch: 11:30 am-1:30 pm

  • Entr茅e - Zesty cumin & lime encrusted fish tacos with cilantro rice wine slaw, Spanish rice, McKrzecki Farm roasted zucchini and chipotle dusted fresh fried corn chips  
  • Soup - Harvesting Good Broccoli Cheddar 
  • Sandwich - Mediterranean turkey wrap: sliced turkey with hummus, cucumber slice, rehydrated sun-dried tomato, kalamata olives, diced red onion, and whipped feta spread in a spinach tortilla (Tomatoes from Ward Berry Farm)
  • Grilled Cape Cod chicken salad on sourdough

Dinner: 5:00 pm-6:00 pm

  • Chicken enchiladas over Cuban black bean rice and Czajkowshi Farm roasted Brussels sprouts

Wednesday - April 23

Breakfast: 8:00 am -10:00 am

  • Made to order pancake, French toast and waffle bars

Lunch: 11:30 am -1:30 pm

  • Entr茅e - Savory herbed chicken breast or tempeh with Ratatouille cous cous
  • Soup - Onion soup with parmesan crouton
  • Sandwich - Pretzel encrusted chicken breast, beer cheese and fried onions on a potato bun or Mediterranean falafel on grilled pita

Dinner: 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

  • Nigerian braised chicken, Jollof Rice, fried plantains

Thursday - April 24

  • Simple 7 - Pork carnitas, fried corn tortilla, zesty Mexican vegetables, chipotle sweet potato mashed
  • Cuisines - Lemongrass five spiced chicken or tofu bao, teriyaki stir fry vegetables, vegan fried rice 
  • Soup - Chicken noodle 
  • Sandwich - Bahn Mi: Vietnamese marinated grilled pork or shitake mushrooms, pickled vegetables, cilantro and spicy aioli on toasted baguette
  • Grill - Chicken tender bar
