Use of vertebrates at the MBLis regulated by the MBLInstitutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) and requires an approved IACUC protocol.  Vertebrates (e.g., fish) may be ordered from MBLand shipped to qualified research and educational institutions without MBLIACUC requirements but may be subject to their own institutional vertebrate use regulations.
